Teresa Paula S. De Luna is a professor of Speech Communication. She teaches rhetoric.

Prof. De Luna holds a BA in Speech and Drama, MA in Speech Communication, and a PhD in Anthropology from the University of the Philippines Diliman. Her research interests include Rhetoric, Digital, and Popular Culture and Intercultural and Multicultural communication.
