Charles Erize P. Ladia is an assistant professor of Speech Communication. He teaches Rhetoric and Performance; Public Speaking and Persuasion, Introduction to Speech Communication, Speech Communication Research Methods, Rhetoric, Rhetoric and Public Opinion, and Undergraduate Research.

Asst. Prof. Ladia holds a BA in Speech Communication from the University of the Philippines Diliman and a Master of Public Management from the University of the Philippines Open University. His research interests include public addresses, political rhetoric, social movements, gender communication, and civic engagement.
